413 Repertory Theater is delighted to announce a captivating and unique theatrical experience: a high tea dinner theater production of the beloved musical Little Shop of Horrors. The production will be held at the charming Grand Tea Room in Escondido, California in Fall of 2025.

​The story is set in a gritty, urban neighborhood and follows Seymour Krelborn, a down-on-his-luck florist working at Mushnik's Flower Shop. Seymour's life takes a dramatic turn when he discovers a mysterious plant that he names Audrey II, after his crush, Audrey. The plant, initially small and unassuming, begins to grow at an alarming rate and shows an insatiable hunger for blood. As Audrey II's demands become more extreme, Seymour finds himself in increasingly dire and morally complex situations.

 

413 Repertory Theater is excited to produce our first musical ever in collaboration with the Grand Tea Room with this Tony award winning musical. Our production will feature a full cast of professional San Diego actors, a fully immersive "theater in the round" performance and an immersive dining experience with a fully themed high tea.
